説明
During the 8-week non-use period
Transino II can be expected to be highly effective after 8 weeks of continuous use. Once you have completed 8 weeks of use, stop taking it.
If you are concerned about spots and freckles during the period of non-use, continue taking care of your skin with UV protection, whitening skin care, and vitamins C and E. During this period, we recommend Transino White C Clear, an oral medicine, to prevent spots and freckles caused by UV rays.
The main ingredient of
Transino IITranexamic acid that improves melasma
Tranexamic acid is an ingredient with an antiplasmin effect, and is thought to play a very important role in the improvement process of melasma.
Melanocyte activating factors are thought to act on melanocytes (pigment cells) and promote the production of melanin, resulting in the development of chloasma, due to various stimuli inside and outside the skin, such as female hormones and ultraviolet rays. Plasmin is considered to be one of the melanocyte activation factors, but tranexamic acid blocks this function. This inhibitory action is thought to inhibit the activation of melanocytes (pigment cells) at the stage before melanin is produced, suppressing the development of melasma.
L-cysteine
The enzyme tyrosinase is essential in the earliest stages of melanin production in melanocytes (pigment cells). L-cysteine inhibits the action of tyrosinase. L-cysteine also inhibits the production of tyrosinase itself, promotes skin metabolism and activates turnover, and promotes melanin excretion.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C works in multiple steps in the process of melanocyte production by melanocytes (pigment cells) and suppresses the production of melanin. One, like L-cysteine, inhibits tyrosinase activity early in melanin production. It also has the effect of reducing dopa, which is generated in the process of producing melanin. In addition, it acts directly on the melanin that has already accumulated and has the function of reducing it.
